You are only ONE adjustment away from a good mood!

Isn’t that the truth though! I really am feeling that hard these days, as I’m not able to get adjusted as often as I would like now that I’m living full time in a travel trailer in the middle of north country Wisconsin. I’m SOOO overdue for one and plan to get one as soon as I get down to the cities tomorrow – and I CAN’T WAIT FOR IT. Getting adjusted always immediately improves my mood, my body functioning, my mental clarity, and clears up any congestion or allergy like symptoms I may be experiencing! It’s like total natural wellness MAGIC and I love every bit of it. If I had it my way I would get adjusted at least 3 times a week, like I used to do when I worked at a Chiropractic clinic, but unfortunately I’m not able to do that these days!

I don’t know why I don’t talk about Chiropractic care more on my blog, on social media or even in general – as it’s been a huge part of my life for literally over 10 years! I first started going to a Chiropractor in college when they had a free giveaway at the local movie theater to win a “dinner with the doc” health talk, as I was newly SUPER into natural health and overall wellness. Needless to say, I was invited to the dinner talk and quickly learned all about Chiropractic care and how it is SO MUCH more than just “cracking your back”. The clinic I became apart of was a holistic wellness clinic and they also specialized in patient education and spreading natural wellness truths.

I instantly fell in love! < AND saw so many drastic positive improvements to my life!

There are probably a million reasons you, and everyone you know, could benefit from Chiropractic care. But for sake of time, and word count, I wrote about my top 10 favorite reasons! Hopefully you could learn a thing or two you didn’t know before.

Our spine really is our lifeline, so we have to do what we can to treat it right!
